Our inspiring Clubhouse can be booked On-Demand for meetings, content shoots, podcast recordings, team off-sites, holiday parties, and other private events of all sizes. Our Flagship location at Las Olas Riverfront Circle is the heart of Fort Lauderdale, surrounded by the Middle River, great restaurants, and walkable to the Brightline Train Station.
We offer in-house cateringand legendary hospitality from our GP Host team.

Private Office On-Demand

Capacity: 1

Book your own office at GP as by the hour, as you need it. Our private offices on-demand are priced by the seat, by the hour, and are fully equipped for a productive day of work: Includes beverage service, high speed internet, all furniture, and a lockable door.

Meeting Rooms

Capacity: 6-12

Our meeting rooms are fully furnished, private rooms with a large display TV for presentations, training, and team meetings that can accommodate up to 12 guests. Equipped with: Smart TVs, Internet, Conference phone, white boards. Podcast equipment available.

Theater Space

Capacity: 90

The Theater is ideal for gatherings up to 90 people, including training, screenings, performances and public speakers. AV support and equipment are included in the venue booking. 85″ HD TV, PA and Mics, GB Internet included. Catering Available.

Training Room

Capacity: 40

Ideal for large meetings, seminars, and classes. Includes AV support and comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests seated, or 24 guests at tables. 85″ HDTV TV, 12′ HD Projector and Screen, Gb internet connection, and Conference phone. Catering available.

The Balcony

Capacity: 30

The Balcony is the perfect place to host your next event. It’s a great space with a capacity of up to 30 people. It is private, so it can be reserved for use only by your party during your event. Lush landscaping, seating, Sonos Architectural sound system, Gig WiFi and PA System included in rental. Ideal for pop-ups, happy hours, and meals.

The Terrace

Capacity: 20

Our terrace is a breezy, covered outdoor area, and has direct access to our cafe for easy catering and bar services. Lush landscaping, biergarten table seating, Sonos Architectural surround sound system, WiFi and PA System included in rental. Ideal for pop-up shops, happy hours, and small gatherings.

Event Space Downtown

Capacity: 30

The Event Space Downtown provides the perfect setting to accommodate up to 30 guests for social events in our common area and bar. Gig Internet, Large display, multiple seating arrangements. Catering Available.

Full Venue Downtown

Capacity: 200

The Downtown Clubhouse is a unique a venue that accommodates up to 200 guests along with to our Theater, Reception Space area, and bar. Gig Internet, Audio Video included, 85″ HDTV, and furniture included in the rental.

Whether it’s 1 – 100 people, a cup of coffee or a catered seminar, our hospitality team will make sure your attendees are well-fed and well-taken care of. We offer options for anytime of the day, from Breakfast to Happy Hour.
